Before first use
Don't wait until your sneakers are dirty to maintain them. Before you even wear them for the first time, you should effectively protect them. For nappa leathers, apply a nourishing milk. As its name suggests, this solution is designed to feed the material so that it does not crack with time. Leave on for at least 12 hours (for a night for example) then polish your shoes with a clean, dry cloth.
For suede and nubuck leathers, waterproof your sneakers evenly; let dry a few hours before first use.
Also remember to have the shoetrees inside your sneakers when you are not wearing them. They will thus retain their natural shape.
How to take care of your sneakers
For nappa leathers, start by dusting the sneakers. After removing the laces, actively brush your shoes with the stripper brush to remove all dirt and dust. For regular maintenance, brush after use. Then place a renovating care nut on the chamoisine and apply it to the leather with a circular motion. This operation nourishes the leather in depth. Let dry for about 30 minutes.
For suede and nubuck leathers, after removing the laces, actively brush your shoes with the stripper brush to remove all dirt and dust. For regular maintenance, brush after use. Then it is necessary to erase the tasks. Using the suede gum, rub gently in both directions of the hair to remove resistant stains. Finally, spray the waterproofing evenly about 30cm from the shoe. Let dry a few hours.
